Every board is bench-tested before it ships and covered for two full years.
What's covered
Your WASD warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use for 24 months from delivery, including:
- Dead or chattering switches and non-registering keys
- Faulty PCBs, controllers and hot-swap sockets
- Battery, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz connectivity failures
- Stabilizer, plate and case defects
What's not covered
Accidental damage, liquid spills, cosmetic wear from normal use, and modifications that damage the board (such as soldering on a hot-swap PCB) fall outside the warranty.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description or clip of the issue. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part shipped free of charge; if that isn't possible we'll replace the unit.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory consumer rights under EU and local law.
