30-day returns

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resellable condition — keycaps and switches that have been installed can still be returned as long as they're clean and complete.

How to start a return

1. Head to Contact or reply to your order confirmation email.
2. Tell us your order number and what you'd like to return.
3. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
4. Drop the parcel off — refunds land 3–5 business days after we receive it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

Want a different switch type or colorway instead? Let us know and we'll swap it — if there's a price difference we'll settle it either way.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, it's covered by our 2-year warranty — you won't pay for return shipping.
